Domestic Orders

Items purchased through the Linus Online Shop can be returned or exchanged by mail or at the Linus Showroom within 30 days of your order date. If you are not satisfied with your Linus purchase and would like to return it by mail, please contact us at request@neighborhoodbikes.com or 1-310-857-7777 with your original order # and the reason for the return.

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your purchase by mail:

Contact us at 1-310-857-7777 with your original order #. On your original invoice, circle the item(s) that you're returning and state the reason(s) for your return. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice. Create your own pre-paid shipping label. Affix your shipping label to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown. Take the package to your nearest drop off location. Within 30 days of receipt of the returned item we will refund the total amount less the original shipping fee charged at the time of purchase.

Defective Merchandise:

Our online merchandise is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have received a defective item please send a picture of the issue with a description and your original order # to request@neighborhoodbikes.com.

Once received we will contact you to confirm if the item is covered under the Linus warranty. Returns will receive a refund of the total amount of the purchase. Exchanges will be honored. If you have any questions please contact us at request@neighborhoodbikes.com or 1-310-857-7777. If you are asked to return the item you will be sent a return shipping label via email and please follow the following steps:

+ On your original invoice, circle the item(s) that you're returning and state the reason(s) for your return.

+ Pack your return securely in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

+ Affix the Return Shipping label you received to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.

+ Take the package to your nearest FedEx drop off location. Within 30 days of receipt of the returned item we will refund the total amount charged at the time of purchase.
